The attacking midfielder, Luke Summerfield, signed for the Harriers following his release from FC Halifax in June 2024. Luke started his career with his hometown club Plymouth Argyle and had six good seasons with them going out on loan to other clubs during that time. He left them in 2011 to sign for Cheltenham Town for one season and followed that up with spells at Shrewsbury Town, York City, Grimsby Town and Wrexham AFC. He signed for Halifax in August 2020 and played over a hundred games for them before leaving at the end of his contract in June. Sadly Luke a suffered a broken early on in his time with us but at the end of the season decided to move on. |
