Harriers Pub Map

Pubs, accommodation, places to eat and things to see around Kidderminster

Looking for a pub for a drink before the game? Somewhere to eat or stay overnight?

Bewdley
Bewdley

Then find one with the exclusive Harriers Online pub map. All the pubs in walking distance around Aggborough are shown along with some that are slightly further afield. You can also find a hotel to stay at if you plan to make a weekend of it.

There is much to see in the area if you do choose to stay awhile. In Kidderminster you have the Severn Valley Railway that runs behind Aggborough and you may know that Kidderminster has a history of carpet manufacture. That has mostly gone now but there is a Museum of Carpet that holds a collection of old looms and artefacts from bygone days.

Witley Court
Witley Court

Nearby Bewdley is a must see with it’s quaint shops and riverside pubs. Here you will also find the West Midlands Safari Park, a Severn Valley station, the Shambles Museum and also the Wyre Forest on it’s doorstep. The Forest is thirteen square miles and contains many rare insects, herds of deer, rivers and streams. The visitor centre is at Callow Hill.

Also nearby is Stourport on Severn with its complex of canal basins built by the canal pioneer James Brindley. Not far away from Stourport is the Worcestershire County Museum at Hartlebury Castle while a little further afield are the spectacular ruins of a major stately home at Witley Court. At the Court is the largest working fountain in the country
