Australian born Robert Stambolziev signed for the Harriers on the verge of the 2016-17 season after a successful trial period exciting all that saw him play in the pre-season friendlies. Playing most of his career in Australia and Greece he was once on the books of Championship side Bristol City but never made an appearance for the Robins. He has also appeared seven times, scoring twice, for the Australian National U20’s team. Sadly he never made a regular starting spot his own with us and in November he left to go on trial with clubs back in Cyprus and Greece. |
