Neil MacFarlane was appointed in May 2018 as the Harriers manager following the departure of John Eustace after he had taken up the role of assistant manger at Queens Park Rangers. The former defender played all of his career with a variety of clubs in Scotland with his highest placing coming with Aberdeen and Hearts mid way through his career. Since retiring from playing he has been assistant manger to Steven Pressley at Coventry City, Fleetwood Town and more recently with the Cypriot club Pafos FC. He has been given an initial one year contract with the club but following a run of poor results he left the job in January 2019. | |||
