12-07-18 - News - Harriers sign James Baxendale

The Harriers signed midfielder James Baxendale this afternoon and it didn’t take long for Harriers Online to swoop for his signature too. The 25 year old midfielder has signed a short term deal with the club and with some good performances for us will be hoping to extend that.

The Doncaster born player started footballing life with Leeds Utd in 2010 but after one season, and not featuring, he joined his hometown club but rarely featured for them either. While with them he spent time out on loan to Buxton and Hereford Utd.

His big break came when he signed for Walsall in 2012 and he went on to make over one hundred appearances for them.

Four years after his arrival he joined up with Mansfield Town, first on loan and then permanently, before seeking a new career in America with Orange County SC.

He has now joined the Harriers and looks to be a direct replacement for the recently departed James McQuilkin.

We welcome James to the club and we also hope that the partnership with this website will be a good one.
