Barcelona born, Yusifu Ceesay, joined the Harriers in May 2022 after his contract with Alfreton Town came to an end. He had joined them following his release from Altrincham where he had been for two seasons. His career started with the Wolverhampton side Sporting Khalsa before he was snapped up by Alvechurch in 2017. From them he was sold to, then League 1 side, Blackpool but never played for them, instead going out on loan to multiple clubs. He was released by the Tangerines a year after signing and signed for Altrincham. Yusifu is a pacey left sided forward who likes to score goals so, hopefully, he should do well with us. Sadly he didn’t and he returned to Alfreton in November 2022. | |||
