Tom Shaw joined the Harriers in June 2010 from local side Tamworth. The midfield player learnt the ropes at Nottingham Forest without making the grade and was released to join Rushden & Diamonds in June 2006 where he went on to become a regular in the side. He was then released from Nene Park and joined Mansfield Town in August 2008 and then Tamworth in July 2007. He played under the then Harriers manager, Steve Burr, in an England C game against Malta. After just one season with us this popular player surprisingly left to join Cambridge Utd and followed up with spells at Chester FC and Tamworth. He left them in June 2018 to take up a coaching/playing role with Lincoln City. |
