Tom Marshall joined the Harriers from local side Tamworth following his release from them at the end of the 2010-11 season.
The tall 23 year old was the captain at The Lamb but made his footballing debut with Hednesford Town when he was just 17 years old. He played around 170 games for them (no exact figures are available) and from them he joined up with Eastwood Town for one season. A similar length of time that he spent with Tamworth. Steve Burr signed the central defender on a one year contract but midway through he went out on loan to Brackley Town for a month before getting re-called due to an injury crisis. He eventually left us after just one season to re-join Tamworth. Later on he was to join Altrincham but left there under a cloud after being found guilty of importing drugs into the country. On his release from prison he signed for Kettering Town. |
