The Harriers signed Sean Clancy on non contract terms just prior to Christmas 2012. With injuries to both of our wideman Clancy fitted the bill as an emergency signing. Starting his career with Blackpool the Northern based player has also played for Fleetwood where he appeared for them against us a couple of times. He has joined us from Chester FC with whom he hardly made an appearance. Steve Burr obviously saw potential in him and hoped that he’d be an asset to the side. Sadly that wasn’t to be and after just three substitute appearances and a sending off in his final game for us at Mansfield he was released to find another club. Following his departure from Aggborough he went back up north to play for Southport and then returned down here to spend three seasons with AFC Telford Utd. | |||
