Santiago Aloi arrived at Aggborough in January 2014 hoping to gain a until the end of the season. 26 year old Santiago, who was born in Argentina, began his career in the academy at River Plate. During his time there he was sent over to Watford on a development programme but never played in a first team game for them although he was a regular in the reserves. Once his time at River Plate was over he went around various Argentinian sides before he came back to Britain and had un-successful trials with MK Dons and Falkirk. During his time with us he was loaned out to Worcester City but wasn’t retained at the end of the season. |
