Oliver Shenton is a young midfield player who has come in on a five month long loan from Stoke City. He’ll be staying with us until January 2020. Shenton has been with City for five years and spent five months on loan with Wrexham AFC in the Spring of 2017 and made seventeen appearances for them. Before joining up with Wrexham he had already made to substitute appearances for the first team in the Premier, against Portsmouth and Manchester City, but has failed to capitalise on that since. Following a successful loan spell with us it was hoped that he would sign up for the next season but, instead, elected to join relegated Chorley FC. |
