Jan Molby bought Micky Mellon to Aggborough on the morning of a friendly against Walsall where he rewarded us all with a super goal. He looked to be a decent player with bags of experience after playing for five clubs that had all achieved promotion while he was with them. He was last at Tranmere Rovers where he was club captain. Just after the start of the season he picked up an Achilles injury and never played for the club again, leaving in December 2004. |
