The experienced defender, Kevin Nicholson, signed for the Harriers following a long spell at Torquay Utd where he racked up an impressive 312 appearances for the South coast club. In a long career he has spent time with both Forest Green Rovers and Scunthorpe Utd on two occasions and also a long spell with Notts County. On his release from Torquay at the end of the 2013-14 season, a season when they were relegated back to the Conference, he had trials with the Harriers and impressed the, then, manager Gary Whild and the fans so much that he was signed just in time for the following season. After just one season Kevin left the club by mutual consent due to the clubs financial problems and also the chance to join Bath City nearer to his Torquay home. After a few months there he moved on to become the new player manager of his beloved Torquay Utd. | |||
