John Finnigan formerly played for Cheltenham Town before joining the Harriers at the end of July 2009. Before that he played for Lincoln City but Whaddon Rd was where he really made his name. He suffered a bad injury to his heel a couple of years ago that kept him out of the game for almost a year but he was fully recovered by the time he joined us. John had a spell as caretaker manager with the club between the departure of Mark Yates and the arrival of Steve Burr then reverted to playing until he left us in October 2010 to take up a backroom post with Cheltenham. |
