James Pearson is the son of the former Leicester City manager Nigel Pearson. Sheffield born he started his career just up the road with Rotherham Utd but then moved on to Leicester City where his father was the manager but spent most of the time out on loan. It was with them that he was involved in a sex scandal in Thailand that saw the dismissal of both father and son from the club. He then signed a short term contract with Barnet before his release in June 2017. Just at the start of the 2017-18 season he joined Coventry City but never played in the month that he was with them. He has now joined the Harriers on a one year contract. James left the Reds in July 2018 to play for Macclesfield Town. |
