Gavin Caines joined the Harriers following his release from Cheltenham Town and a subsequent per-season trial with us. He started his career in 2003 as a trainee with Walsall but then joined Cheltenham just a year later. He became a regular with them and made just over one hundred and seventy appearances over a five year period. After just under one season with us with thirty eight games and five goals under his belt he somewhat surprisingly joined Luton Town on loan towards the end of the season and then released on his return to sign for Forest Green Rovers. |
