Gary Barnett joined the Harriers as Jan Molbys assistant in August 1999. He was formerly the player/manager of Barry Town taking them to the European Champions League in 1996 when they lost against Dynamo Kiev. Following the fiasco surrounding Jans departure for Hull City, Gary eventually joined him there in his previous role as assistant manager but shortly after left and joined Evesham Utd as coach. With Jan coming back to the Harriers in the Autumn of 2003 Gary found himself back in his old role as assistant manager until leaving again on the eve of the 2005-06 season. | |||
