Andre Wright was an exciting young prospect who joined up with the Harriers from West Brom for the first half of the 2015-16 season. Scoring prolifically for their under 21 squad he was hoping to get amongst the goals here at Aggborough too. Following his time with us he joined up with former Harriers defender Kevin Nicholson at Torquay Utd then in the following season he went out on loan to Coventry. West Brom tried to send him out on loan for a third time, to Yeovil Town, but this broke the ruling of only two loans per season per player and he never arrived there. Andre was released by West Brom in June 2017 and with no one else seemingly interested in taking him on we did in the September of that year. After a few months, scoring three times in eighteen games, he left us to join Nuneaton Town. | |||
