Aaron Wildig came in on a month long loan from local side Shrewsbury Town where he had been out of favour since the start of the 2014-15 season. The creative midfielder started life at Cardiff City alongside another former Harrier Keyon Reffell and from them joined up with the Shrews on three separate occasions. Two on loan and one permanently. For some reason his loan with us wasn’t extended even though he impressed most that saw him play. On his return to Shrewsbury he went out on loan to Morecambe and eventually joined them permanently. After almost 250 games for the Shrimps he left for Newport County in June 2022. |
