Brandon Hall comes steaming in

The Harriers welcomed a new goalkeeper to the club today and with a name like Brandon Hall you would think that he had arrived via the Severn Valley Railway.

24 year old Brandon has come to Aggborough on a one year deal after leaving his former club a few weeks ago. He turned down a contract with Woking due to the signing of a young keeper on loan from Chelsea and then being told that his chances of first team football were slim.

His career started with Charlton Athletic but on leaving them he joined St Mirren in Scotland for six months before the lure of London got too much and he returned back South to join Hayes & Yeading. From there he signed for Ebbsfleet Utd for three seasons before finally being released to join Woking.

After three games on trial with us against Derby County, Aston Villa and Stourport Swifts he has now signed for us. The other keeper trialling  was Conor Hudnott from QPR and we were looking at him with a view to a season long loan but seem to have decided against that though he may still be signed as cover once Tom Palmer joins Swifts on loan in a few weeks time and Jono Brown leaves the club on loan too.
