Can only think the ref got confused with which way each team was kicking with it being so soon after half time and that is why he disallowed the goal.
Very strange

The only theory I've come up with regarding the disallowed goal is that he thinks our Austin has pushed their defender down when he tries the slide tackle. That's why he gives Darlo the free kick. Then the lino corrects him but because he blew his whistle before the ball crossed the line he can't give the goal. That's the only reasoning I can come up with.
I can imagine he was a bit relieved when Dinanga popped up with his only touch of the ball.

A disgraceful decision by the referee to disallow Austins goal. Brilliant header by Dingana and work by Austin. Fantastic win.

Amazing to see the positive energy right now, celebrating that goal like we'd just won the league!
