Two great goals from Sam and Hemmo

I wonder what those managers that played Sam at right / left back think watching him over the past two seasons.

Interesting comments comparing this side to Eustace’s sides. Definitely more heart and fight in this side, possibly due to a more experienced squad on the whole.

Hemmings finish was sublime. Someone mentioned that Sammy's goal was "Casey-esque", which is was.

To be fair to previous managers I remember a time when Sammy didn't seem to have the power to cross the ball with any zip, let fire in the kind of shots he is now. He's a different animal these days.

The whole thing is different. There is a plan b. No 'do plan a better if it isnt working'
This team can also mix it in a physical battle and show balls - key elements which were missing i thought.

Very enjoyable watching this team at the moment.
Be surprised if Austin is still here come January, top player on brilliant form. Hopefully we can keep him until at least the summer.

Over the past few seasons, I've often struggled to vote for a Man of the Match. There'd be games when I didn't think anyone deserved the award.

Now, the problem has been turned on its head. Most matches, I'm finding it difficult to choose one player ahead of many others.

We're watching a proper team, now. Old heads, young legs and no little skill but, above all, team spirit. That's how I think we compare favourably to Eustace's sides. Long may this run continue and I hope that the club pulls out all the stops to keep this side together.

Is Mac still on here? 😂

Great performance second half. I didn’t actually think the first half was that bad, maybe first 15/20 but then it was all Kiddy albeit without any clear cut chances.

Second half dominant. Their CB’s were woeful but other than that they weren’t a bad side, better than Telford at least.

Kiddy are in a rich run of form but remember there will be games coming up we lose/fall below performance levels. It’s a long season. Stick behind Russ and the lads and they have a chance, a real chance.

Their disallowed goal when Simpson was clattered. Their fans think it was a fair challenge.
