Re: League news/Former Harriers
It was Watson who approached him. As you say though, he could live to regret it!

I'm glad he's got a club. But rather sad he didn't kick on here, he looked really good based on the odd glimpses we got of him. But never seemed to be around the first team squad.PIRATE OF ZARAGOZA wrote: ↑Thu Nov 11, 2021 10:25 amHarry Stratford joins Worcester Raiders....

Makes me smile when I think of Football Manager games and how players' fortunes can vary so much despite the game being quite realistic. On my FM21 Harriers save, Stratford made my first team quite a lot as I won NLN and is now out on loan in that division - compare to real life. James Dutton is my first choice left back in the Conference - in the real world he's on loan at Stourport Swifts.

I think we could make up two full teams of players who have left us and played at the same or higher level over the last few years.Swansea Harrier wrote: ↑Sun Nov 14, 2021 9:34 amAnother example of many not appreciating what we had till he had gone. Always very solid and dependable I thought, clearly he's progressed with Solihull too.
Not so sure about the 'dependable' while Tyrone was with us. Didn't he lose his head and get sent off shortly before leaving?

It seemed that the sending off pushed him to the out door. Whether that was really the case may well be off the mark.

I've asked....
"It was a long time ago, but 20% comes to mind" - so let's hope that's the case.
