Don't know why he was released - fitness???? - but likely to struggle to find another club at above National North level. Tempting to think he could spark a revival at Harriers but wonder whether he is too much of a luxury player for our current needs.

Re: League news/Former Harriers
I’ve seen him several times over the last three seasons and he’s still got the technical ability and looks like he’s having a great time, laughing and joking during games (he was doubled over laughing at a teammate’s mistake in a cup game I saw last season). He’s playing with his mates and I don’t knock him for that.wymondham harrier wrote: ↑Sun Nov 17, 2019 3:45 pmHat-trick yesterday for Antony Malbon at Step 4 (Kidsgrove v Wisbech).
Hope he’s happy and that life is good for him, but can’t help think “if only ...”.
Colin Gordon supporters seem very keen on his mates who’ve bought the club from him, don’t they?

I haven't been able to watch myself, but the Moors have just been knocked out of the FA Cup 3-4. Freddie Ladapo popped up with Rotherham's first in the 76th minute and they went on to bag another three. Incredible.

Re: League news/Former Harriers
"Boston United have snapped up FC Halifax Town striker Dayle Southwell on an initial month’s loan.
The 26-year-old, who was a firm fans’ favourite during a successful two-year spell with the Pilgrims between 2014 and 2016, bagged 54 goals in 87 appearances for the club.
He has since represented Wycombe Wanderers and Guiseley, in addition to Halifax, and is eligible to make his homecoming on Saturday when the Pilgrims travel to Kidderminster Harriers.
United manager Craig Elliott said: “I have been working hard for a number of months to bring Dayle back to Boston United. I am delighted to have finally agreed an initial loan deal.
'He is raring to go and hopefully can recapture his great goalscoring form he previously had here.'

I saw Aaron Wildig playing for Morecambe last Saturday against Carlisle in league 2. He has played over 130 games here now.

Andre Brown came on as a sub at the hour mark for Stourbridge but did not contribute much.
There wasn't a lot of service either though !!
