League news/Former Harriers 1

I've put all the more interesting old threads in here so they can still be seen following the board overhaul in October 2008. It'll be read only.

League news/Former Harriers 1

Post by jamestheimpaler » Fri Sep 13, 2019 11:16 am

I wasn't 100% sure where to post the following, so thought I'd create a thread for updates relating to the NLN and also some former Harriers floating around in other leagues.

Andy Whing joins Hereford as first team coach: https://www.herefordfc.co.uk/news-andy-whing-joins-as-first-team-coach/?fbclid=IwAR1uqQjEAwcYuOV6-dm0e8ceuD4arshK8pADZ2bGmAbAzJj6tPEPK6ZwDZc

£75,000's worth of footballer has already left Darlo for B(PA): https://darlingtonfc.co.uk/news/josh-heaton-leaves-for-bradford-park-avenue

And I noticed the other week that Mickleover Sports snapped up Lee Hughes: https://twitter.com/MickleoverSFC/status/1167167113368391680

Couldn’t have happened to a nicer bloke. Steve Burr used to hate Mellon and got into a few scrapes with him

Keith Lowe left Nuneaton already.

Doubt very much he would want to come back - though if he is out of work ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,

Even if he is getting on a bit he would make a hell of difference to our defence !!!
