You mean the red card, yes there was a covering defender - poor refereeing decision. As for the penalty, difficult to say as the exposure on the video was to dark to make out the lines. Super goals from Cooper though - he only scores worldies !!Krasnyi wrote: Tue Apr 07, 2026 2:52 pm Hmm, just watched the highlights and may have to reassess my opinion on the penalty. There was a covering defender wasn’t there? Ah well about time we got a dodgy decision going our way.

100% stone wall penalty. We were right down the front inline with Seb and the defender.
As for the red. Looks like one a generous one to me on seeing the replay.

Position of the goalkeeper is probably the key on the red card decision, he's in no mans land, although I'm still not sure I think it's a red. Definitely didn't think so at the time. If the Harriers player gets there, he's got a good opportunity to chip the keeper.

From sitting high up in the seats definitely a red Walker would have had a free shot at goal. Penalty as blatant as you will ever see. Had a great view of that as well.
I agree with Tamworth. I think in the moment given his pace, there's no way the Telford defender gets across. Of course Walker gets hacked down, and the covering defender's momentum catches him up in the split second. It's not as clear cut as some red cards, but can't see how that's not the case.

Not to mention KD with an open goal should walker square it. Presumably DOGSO extends to this also?
Anyway all immaterial now.
