Kidderminster Harriers v West Ham Utd - Social Club arrangements

Important message for KHIST members

No West Ham supporters will be allowed into the Social Club. Additional security around the KHSC will be present on the day.
Up to 300 Harriers Supporters are being entertained by the club itself, with some former 1994 players, in the main functions hall at the Social Club with breakfast provided.
*Only current card holding KHIST and Social Club members will be allowed access into the usual lounge area.
Only Social Club members will be permitted to park in the limited car parking available (up to half being taken up by Police vehicles).
The Social Club bar will be open from 10am with hot food available for purchase.

* Notice to any KHIST members who do not possess a current membership card.
These may be obtained from a KHIST table set up in the Social Club lounge prior to this Saturday’s game v Gloucester (between 1.45 – 2.45pm) and before next Tuesday’s game v Leamington (6.30 – 7.30pm). Any new members will also be able to register and collect their cards during these times.

I can confirm that any KHIST and KHSC members who do not have tickets for the match can indeed watch the game in the Social Club Lounge. This is completely separate from the Main Functions Hall (which has been organised by KHFC not KHIST.)

A gentle reminder fellow KHIST members. You must have a current membership card (or KHSSC card) to access the lounge next Saturday. We will again be manning a table inside before the Leamington game on Tuesday (6.30 - 7.30pm) to pick up/renew your card. This will be your last opportunity before the West Ham match. No card = no admittance.
