I don’t think any team in this league will want to play us at the minute. Solid at the back and goals galore. A pleasure to watch.

What a brilliant result. Well done to all concerned.
It is only a matter of time before those good people at the National Lottery give me the jackpot that I so richly deserve.

Great run this. How many consecutive Saturdays is that with a win? - I can count 6. May be a record.
Keep it going lads.
Commentator on the Beeb out of his depth. Very poor I'm afraid. Better than nothing I suppose. Needs a bit of training. As mentioned above it would be good to know roughly where the ball is on the pitch, stuff like that.

Just back. Easy really. Never felt like we needed to do anything special against the most un- Billy Heath like team I think I’ve ever seen. Brittle, disorganised, how that team had strung together a 6 game unbeaten run I don’t know.
Goals were all superb once again and massive praise to AMS. He’s improved a lot the last few games and took his goal well one on one with the keeper. He’s deserved that for his efforts this month

Definitely seems like they need to settle on someone on H&W with Millerman now missing so often. Had three or four different fellas and they've all seemed unfamiliar/unsuited. Gotta be someone out there.

we did 8 league wins on the bounce under Yatesy 2006-7......Great run this. How many consecutive Saturdays is that with a win? - I can count 6. May be a record.

Re: 20-11-21 Alfreton (A)
I was asked to do it this weekend but wasn’t available. May end up doing some next year.
I think H&W are struggling to find people, but most commentators are usually in work on a weekend so it can be difficult to fill gaps. Especially when location is an issue. The excellent Phil Kinsella did Southport and Fylde but a trek to Alfreton from his base on Merseyside isn’t going to be worth the roughly £70 he’d get paid for it.
Superb win though, things really on the up!

Yet another thoroughly enjoyable afternoon. Some excellent finishes and a joy to watch.
Rather than single out any individuals I think what pleases me most is the feel good factor. For too long attending games has felt like somewhat of a chore or a duty to fulfil. Not now. I can't remember the last time I looked forward to going to games as much as I do now. Long may it continue.
Onwards to Gloucester!

Think last week Steve had Covid according to what was said on air - but that could mean he'll be back next week or next year!aberred wrote: ↑Sat Nov 20, 2021 7:14 pmI was asked to do it this weekend but wasn’t available. May end up doing some next year.

The best team we ever had- since i've been watching the Harriers (2002-)

One of my rare away trips - and a good one. Gone for AMS as M-o-M but could easily have been Sam or one of the defenders who made Alfreton look fairly ordinary. Well done lads.

Seventy quid! That's not great. More often than not they wouldn't be short days, you'd think.aberred wrote: ↑Sat Nov 20, 2021 7:14 pmI was asked to do it this weekend but wasn’t available. May end up doing some next year.

All seems rather disorganised to me. Should've had a perm in place with an affinity for the club or strong knowledge of the division from the outset, you feel.
