It's up to Penn and his team to inspire this hope. I see realism rather than those that come and watch games through rose tinted glasses. At the moment we are accelerating down the slide and proving we are not good enough. If we get close on 2000 and pay top dollar and we can not compete with part time teams with 500 fans paying just over a tenner something is drastically wrong and we are being taken for mugs!

There’s a song going round my head, what’s it called?

Oh hang on… here we go again!

We are in the top 7 of the NLN Admission Price League. Top 7 of the NLN Attendance League. Can these be printed in the matchday programme next to the teams actual league position? Surely they are just facts and the club should be proud of how many people turn up paying top dollar?

£4 hotdog and £2.50 for a small pop too and we have a low budget. Who buys that not me. Something is not right at this club!

I paid £5.50 for a pint of Strongbow Dark Fruits at York on the opening day. They should be in the EFL with those prices gosh darnit!

Sadly, attendances and the price you pay for a hot dog doesn't directly affect how many points you get.

I am going Saturday. Looking forward to visiting a new ground.

It's almost as if someone's trying to run a self-sustainable business...

If we get through this we'll be ball number 68 in the draw on Sunday lunchtime. 1pm on ITV

I'm moving the speedway talk to the Harriers Arms so that we can concentrate on Bedfont please

Turns out that the owner of Bedfont always played as Harriers on football manager.

Just hope that it’s the Millerman doing the commentary today and not the bloke we had for the last game. With a bit of luck H & W will provide 2 microphones as well.

I wonder whether he'll get a confusing sense of elation if we score?

Good to hear that they're planning on bringing a couple of players in - particularly as the quality of RP's loan signings can't really be questioned. A good right back and midfielder could really strengthen us.

Tidy ground. Loads of little spiders everywhere though. Annoying
