I've put all the more interesting old threads in here so they can still be seen following the board overhaul in October 2008. It'll be read only.

Ben Foster has come out of retirement to sign for a team in desperate need of publicity, a team really up against it in the cost of living crisis, a team who really need a lift from a former pro… Ah my mistake, he just wants to piggy back some publicity to get more people listening to his podcast.

We would all love an A lister though to buy Harriers and sink a ton of money into the club!

How does FFP work at this level though? I can’t believe for one second Wrexham are operating within their means
Isn't Tom Hanks one the Americans talking to Richard Lane about buying the club :wall:
We could end up with Wilson playing up front..

As long as someone in red figures out how to introduce Wilson to the back of a goal net with any regularity I'll be happy.
Keeper of the fabled Lee Hughes Red Boot, Croasdale #4, Prosser #16 & Bell #14 (very lightly used) shirts.

Wilson the Volleyball is one of Hollywood's most loved volleyballs. His glittering career started when he became the only companion of Tom Hanks' Chuck Noland in Cast Away (2000).

Cast Away is a 2000 American survival drama film directed and produced by Robert Zemeckis and starring Tom Hanks, mentioned in the previous post.
Colin Gordon supporters seem very keen on his mates who’ve bought the club from him, don’t they? :kissarse:

Bet they will be claiming a “non league record crowd” again, forgetting that 53,000 watched a non-league game in 2007.

Good to see Blyth winning 2-0 at Fylde

EDIT: 3-0 now and Nick Haughton sent off. Sadly he'll only miss their Good Friday game and not ours on the Monday.
