Apologies if I mis-described the pitch.

Interesting to see John Eustace's Bham City going well in the Championship at the moment- albeit 2 games in.

Reece Styche was sent off for Stourbridge yesterday. Second bookable offence for diving in the area to get a penalty.

Ben Whitfield repeated his feat from the opening day of the season, scoring one and assisting another in a 3-2 win for Barrow against Bradford City on Saturday.
Elsewhere Mickey Demetriou scored the winner in Newport v Walsall, but sadly it was an own goal as that one ended 0-1.

Colin Gordon supporters seem very keen on his mates who’ve bought the club from him, don’t they?

I see Sammy Austin played the full game and Bajrami was a late sub for Notts in front of 6300. When I lived in Nottingham I liked going to Meadow Lane.

Maybe he's took a better job (not necessarily as a no1). No signs in his post match interview at all.
Either that or there must've been an almighty political fall out.

Re: League news/Former Harriers
Funnily enough I was reading the blyth Facebook this morning underneath the full time score from Saturday.
One Robbie Dale quashed a rumour by saying he told Mitchell he couldn't play for him anymore, the training was poor as was everything else.
Some scuttlebutt about money - TM wanted more/chairman not happy about what was brought in.
Some reckon he's off to Newcastle u18s.
