Does he employ a gardener or does expect his better half to do it all, as he surely does not have the time!

Re: Questions for Russ Penn
Why haven't you bought another backup centre forward in and why would you rather utilise a midfielder instead.

Re: Questions for Russ Penn
The story behind Nathan Cameron.
Was Stenson ever a consideration of signing.
Is he still hoping to use the loan market to add quality to the squad (upfront!)?
How would he describe the current formation and if he is looking to use 4-4-2 or 5 at the back, especially away from home?
Given the particularly awful away form the end of last season, is he looking to approach away games any different. Why did he think the away form was so poor in the last few months of last season?

Re: Questions for Russ Penn
I'm sure the whole fan base is quietly screaming: when are we getting a striker in that can bang in 20+ goals a season!?!
Hopefully goals do start coming from midfield but that should be considered a bonus to assist our amazing goal scoring striking force.
To put things into perspective, it's still early days and it's unfortunate that AMS is currently out but having reasonable cover is essential if we're going to challenge for promotion.

Appreciate Ashley Hemmings is usually reliable from the spot, but does he get stick from the other players for his approach to penalties and would you prefer a more direct approach?

Re: Questions for Russ Penn
Where does he think we are in terms of playing budget in this league?
Who does he think will be challenging?
Most disappointing performance last season?
Sam Austin and Bajrami- did they know they were leaving before the end of last season? Does this make it difficult to keep players motivated - not suggesting Sam and G didn't try but when you know you've got a big move you will be keen not to get injured.
What happened with Jack Holmes? Not good enough?
Is he satisfied with the friendlies? Man Utd and Liverpool over a Walsall/ Cheltenham/ Solihull etc?
Does he think there'll ever be a boy born who can swim faster than a shark?

Re: Questions for Russ Penn
How many games a week do you and Jimmy normally take in looking for potential signings?
Do you use any national scouting systems for players?
Is it getting easier or harder to persuade players to sign?
Whats your opinion on synthetic pitches?

Does Russ agree that at the moment though it obviously still early season that our attacking build up is slower than last season. in general we have lost some pace.

How can an attacking throw in end up with the ball with our goalkeeper in five seconds?
