Presumably the contract offered to Bajrami is a speculative one and really more about securing a fee for him? - Isnt there a ruling based on age aimed at ensuring the current club are compensated should a player leave on a free?

I thought Bajrami had joined Harriers on a non-contract basis which would allow him to move anywhere for free even during last season

Looks to me a bit weak in Goalkeepers and Strikers

I would think Freemantle (who I like) would benefit from a good spell out on loan rather than sat on the bench, which would leave us really light on strikers. Hoping the loan market is used to add a bit of real quality to the squad.

Beyond that some squad players with potential but no real dependable cover or competition for places.
HOWEVER, it's still June - I feel we're much more secure than we have been in many a season. But that depends on more additions to follow...
IMO we could do with one more player in most departments (full-back, centre-back, centre-mid, winger, striker.) Would be happy to take a punt on Tom Palmer and rely on getting in an emergency loan GK if needed to save cash for elsewhere.

Look light on bodies and quality to me. Injuries, suspensions etc would see us struggle. Question is, is there room in the budget? Undoubtedly there are more players to come in but are they back up players or first teamers?

I wouldn't be surprised to see Ronan Maher join you guys on loan he's 17 or 18 play either the number 10 role or on the wing. I fully expect another Walsall youngster to join you guys after the way you helped with Joe Foulkes development.
