Hopefully the police, on the day, actually use some common sense and move to separate fans if there is an issue. Leadership was the issue against Reading, not numbers.

Decent searches going into the ground would help too.

Would be disappointed if they charge more than £30.

If the club had have got the game switched I would have considered not going.

I am sure we will know the details by the end of the day tomorrow.

More important things to worry about anyway - league points are far more important.

You're right on the one hand Sheff, but this is a chance to financially help set the club up for the next season at least and give a bounce to our current campaign, if it was done properly. We should have been trying to get people through the gates for York/Gloucester. I can understand the half-season ticket point others mentioned, even if it would have made it harder for me to go. There's a lot of tired legs, so more backing would have been appreciated, as well as the financial bonus.

That's my grievance. Has the club maximised this opportunity, reasonably? I don't think so. This opportunity doesn't come along very often.

Let's see what happens...

Totally agree on the first point. The police should have taken a proactive response instead the reactive one they surprisingly adopted.

On the second point i have no objection if they were to charge £35+. How often do we have opportunity to play a Premiership club in the 4th round of the FA Cup? It's definitely a time to maximise revenue at a difficult time for clubs at our level.
ps. Man U. are charging Middlesbrough fans £46!

On the police it seemed obvious to me that after we took the lead a pitch invasion would be inevitable. Instead of standing in front of the North stand why were they not stood by the halfway line ready to move across. You're not going to stop fans getting on the pitch but stop fans trying to goad the opposition

Given it was £28 to go in the main stand I wont be surprised to see that go up to £35, standing £25? What on earth is the delay? Surely they've missed a massive opportunity for the club to get more people through the door for the next home game or two.

Police should have been straight on the pitch at the half way line after the Reading game, it was obvious to the most clueless never mind people who do that sort of stuff as their job.

One thing is absolutely for sure - this will be the cheapest ticket for any West Ham supporter following the Hammers this season.

For Man United v Villa in the third round it was £30 a ticket, £15 for 65+ and £10 for under 16. West Ham "only" paid £30 for their visit to Old Trafford in the EFL Cup earlier in the season too.

West Ham charged just £15 for their third round tie with Leeds.

They will obviously sell out but I would imagine there might be a few gripes if they are asked to spend three times as much to stand at Aggborough!!

Yes, ok, I get that the club could have put on a scheme to incentivise attendance at the forthcoming home league games. Seems too late for York this weekend though.

I said disappointed - but not surprised!

It would also not surprise me if we see a healthy black market in KHFC v WHUFC tickets over the next week or so.

It wont, remember the Premier League has a cap for away fans of £30.

Are you expecting the South Stand Terrace ticket to be more than £30?

Rogue rip off ticket websites are already trying to fool fans into parting with £250 per ticket for the away end!
