Some interview from Jimmy Shan this. Absolutely blasted his players! Well and truly at the end of his rope, sounds like.

Sounds like the idealistic educational master plan is working then!

A kind of inspirational "kick up the backside" video. I should imagine they all enjoyed the coach journey home then.

Another overrated Academy "safe job" coach.
They all talk the same speil.
"High press, possesion, out of possession, get to where we want to be,young and hungry, pathway, learning.
They talk repetative bull#**t.
Once they take a real job where only winning matters they come unstuck.
Hence what you are seeing now that they realise what real football is about.
Did he say at the forum that 5 of our squad could play in the football league?
Would love to guess the players he was refering to?

Shades of this. Surprised Shan didn't come out with Colin's "football died today" line!

Hereford signed another player later in the day too. Very odd. Bakare scored on his debut..

Pity we've played Hereford twice otherwise we could guarantee a game. Dear old cynical me!

On the practical football front Arthur scores the winner for Bolton with one of his specials plus one assist.
