Re: League news 3
It looks like either Telford or Leamington will be joining us in NLN. Final to be played on Monday 6th May.

Re: League news 3
And Macclesfield or Marine in the Northern Prem league final.
Chester
Scunthorpe
Hereford
Telford / Leamington
Macc maybe
Scarboro
Darlo
Some decent sized teams to compete against.
Plus you'd imagine Chorley, Alfreton, Curzon, Brackley or Boston, South Shields will all want to be in the mix.
I wish we'd have stayed up ...............

Re: League news 3
Are they having to cut their cloth accordingly?
Anyone know how Leesley has done there?

Yes big financial problems are the legacy of the previous owner.
My mate is a big Scunny fan and he’s not expecting them to do anything next season.
As for Leesley, I think he made one or two appearances from the bench but has missed out recently with injury.

Re: League news 3
Pleased its Marine and Leamington and not Macc and Telford.
Just because we've had a year back in the NL it doesn't mean we should expect anything next season. Got to earn it and put together a tough side that can compete and mix it.

Alfreton with their first signing and it's not McDonagh.

Why? His profile is raised. People say he's a good manager yet he goes to Stourbridge???
No ambition!

From what I've been told, he feels Stourbridge are better positioned to compete at Step 2 should he get them therePhil wrote: ↑Mon May 13, 2024 4:11 pmtonythescout wrote: ↑Mon May 13, 2024 4:07 pmThe rummar is that he is meant to be going to Stourbridge
