We have another chance to win on the road at Tamworth tomorrow evening after coming so close to it at AFC Fylde on Saturday.  At the rain sodden Mill Farm we raced into a 2-0 half time lead only to find that we had no plan B again and ended up drawing the game in a frantic spell of added on time the length of which defied all understanding.  Shades of Sir Alec Fergusons time at Old Trafford came to mind as the hours passed until Fyldes Matty Blinkhorn made it all ok and the Fylde fans went home happy.

Josh Ezewele We went home astounded at what we had just seen.

Anyway we go again tomorrow and at least it'll still be with an almost full squad with the red cards for Ashley Carter and Tyrell Waite not kicking in until Saturdays home game against Harrogate.  Carter was dismissed for a bad tackle so miss three games, and understandably so, but Waites was a little more complicated with the talk of a racial incident triggering the melee on the half way line.  That incident could be looked at by the FA to see what action, and punishment, could be taken.

Our only player missing through injury now is Arthur Gnahoua following Elton N'Gwatalas return to the team at the weekend but there might be another missing after Josh Ezewele (left) took a bad knock to his shin leaving him in agony.

We'll also be without Mani Dieseruvwe after he went out on loan to Boston just before our game at Fylde.  He's gone there for the remainder of the season so it looks like it could be the last we see of him in a red shirt.  As part of the loan deal he might not be eligible to play against us when Boston come to Aggborough in April.

Tamworth won at home to Gainsborough on Saturday to keep them just about in touch with the play off places but they'll need to be a little more consistent with their win one, lose one record in recent games if they hope to climb higher.  They have three ex Harriers turning out for them with Joe Clarke and Luke Jones at the back while up front winding people up is the infamous Reece Styche.  He's scored once for his new side but has also been red carded after retaliation so he hasn't changed much then.

Although he's out on loan now there is another link with the Harriers and that's Louis Ezewele, twin brother of Josh.  He's at Hednesford for a while so it's a shame that we won't be seeing them play against each other. It's always a tough ask at Tamworth with most games ending as draws but after we slaughtered them twice earlier in the season we should be going there confident that we can do the same again.  Maybe not by such a scoreline as 6-0 and 4-0 but we can always hope.

STOP PRESS: New signing imminent and he could play at Tamworth tomorrow night.
