Just before the cut off point of another of those pointless transfer deadlines the Harriers increased squad numbers for the second time this week when Emmanuel Sonupè and Josh Webb arrived at Aggborough. Londoner Sonupè is a wideman joining us from Northampton Town after he joined them at the start of the season from Spurs but has yet to make a real breakthrough into the Cobblers first team. He has made four appearances for them but only at League Cup level. He has also spent time on loan at St Mirren in Scotland but again played very little in his three months there.
Josh Webb has come to us following his mutual release from Kilmarnock. The defender hails from Halesowen so can speak the language and has most likely come in as cover for Jordan Tunnicliffe who picked up a hamstring injury at Tamworth on Tuesday evening. Webb, too, has made very few appearances for Killie having joined them from Aston Villa last July.
We will have to wait for international clearance for Webb to play on Saturday at home to Harrogate but that should be just a formality.
Going out on loan is Tom Palmer to Stourport Swifts and also Wayne Thomas to Stratford Town. Both are going until the end of the season.
