Lancaster are a team that we have never been up against before so their quaintly named ground The Giant Axe will be a first for many Harriers fans.
They disposed of Darlington in the 2nd qualifying round on Saturday by going into a 2-0 lead through an almighty cock up by the Darlington keeper after he left his line to advance almost to the halfway line then find himself beaten to the ball by scorer Jordan Connerton. By that time both teams were down to ten men.
They have no known players in their side but seem to be a very young bunch of players. At the time of writing they sit in fifteenth place in the table but have only played five games but that could be down to them having had already played two Cup games more than we have.
